Tantra Yoga
In the ancient Tantra Yoga it was about the inner communication with the so called “deities”, which can be translated as, Gods and Goddesses or “Divine principals”.
These deities reflect all aspects of nature and our own psyche. Tantra Yoga was created to bring us in contact with all this different deities/divine forms in various ways, diverse methods and stages. Ancient Tantric Yogic wisdom says, that once you enter into the stream of inner experience, their meanings will unfold and provide a greater grace and guidance for us from within.
Kaula Tantra Yoga Classes
Kaula Tantra Yoga translated to the modern western world, is a slow, kind of Yin practice, focused on calming down the nervous system and bringing your body,mind and spirit into alignment. Despite the name ,it doesn’t containany kind of sexual interaction.
It’s a 3 part series, including standing heating series, a deep relaxation savasana series with elements of a bodyscan and yoga nidra, and finally a meditative series focused on 100 % relaxation and 100% mental and physical awareness.
The Kaula Tantra Yoga practise emphasis on intuitive movements and focuses on relaxation. The original sequences last about 3 hours, which I shorten up to a 90 min sequence.
