Terms & Conditions for the Retreat: MiSaWa, Authentic Presence Retreat, immersed in Nature!

We kindly ask you to read through our terms & conditions before joining a retreat. Not the most fun part but unfortunately necessary. Thank you!

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

When you sign up for the retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR. Only once we have received it, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. 

THE REMAINDER PAYMENT

The remaining payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat starts to hold your spot. We will send you a reminder a week before the final payment date. If we do not receive your payment on time, we have no choice but to make your spot available again and you will forfeit your deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make sure you are fully able to attend before securing your spot.
Due to the nature of our retreat, we are not able to offer any refunds.

Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. Exceptions or discounts can not be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete, or for arriving late / leaving early.
Do expect a full refund if the retreat is canceled.

IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

If we can not host the retreat and we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a 100% refund. However, we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. 

SORRY, BUT REALLY NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE AND OWN RISK

Please note that travel, cancellation, and health insurances are your own responsibility. Furthermore, you participate at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which this retreat is appropriate for your level of overall physical fitness as well as mental stability. The retreat guest is liable for loss and all damages which arise during the retreat. You hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - against Milu Za, Walter Bonanno, Sanny Minga arising from damage, injury, or consequential damage that may occur in connection with the participation in the retreat.
